Once upon a time we hailed him.
In recent days we nail him.
Birtherism is the trait to blame.
The invisible man had the world shook; despite a racist congress, death threats, and doubters.
Term two would tip the scales of time.
Climate change, prison reform, and world peace was the mission.
How quickly we forget what this man has done for this nation angers me as I write this.
Will he ever be commemorated and giving monuments in his name?
I'll make a petition if nobody else would.
